Doula Support

I accompany you in your motherhood with care, non-judgement and the deepest respect for who you are and what you carry. Together we will create a safe space to shape this path you are about to begin.

Yoga

Yoga during pregnancy helps with mobility for both mum and baby. You will connect with your body through postures, building ever-growing confidence in your ability to give birth.

Hypnobirthing

Through my hypnobirthing courses you will learn to REFRAME your birth, making decisions from an understanding of your body, with up-to-date information and the confidence in your ability to give birth.

Breastfeeding

In my breastfeeding consultations I focus on what mum REALLY WANTS, without pressure. Through care and support, we will navigate your questions and walk this beautiful path wherever it takes you.
